There are a couple different ways you can become a "Verified Seller" on the platform.
1. The best method is to request that your successful buyers send us an email reporting that they had a great transaction with you. They will need to know your email address and/or username in the system in order for us to identify your account.
2. We may also mark certain accounts as verified if they have been in good standing for a long time (no abuse reports) and also those that have paid to feature their ads using verified billing information.

Ads are active for 90 days and can be renewed (bumped to the top) with one click every 7 days. To renew your ad, you must first login to your account by selecting "MY ACCOUNT" from the main menu.
After you are logged in, you will see a list of all your current ads. Each ad listing will have a "RENEW" button underneath it.
To delete your ad, you must first login to your account by selecting "MY ACCOUNT" from the main menu.

All new ads are initially posted at the top of the list (underneath any paid promotions) and are active for 90 days. Every 7 days, you can relist the item and that will automatically post it back at the top of the list again.
At this time, all ads expire 90 days after posting. You can re-list the ad after 7 days which will automatically bump it to the top of the list again. All paid promotions for your particular ad expire after 30 days and will need to be renewed if you want to keep the ad promoted for a longer term.
Do not worry. First, make sure to check your junk mail folder(s). If you still cannot locate the activation email, just click "Contact" at the top of our site and shoot us a message. We will be happy to manually activate your account for you quickly.
Guns Missouri Classifieds was created to provide Missouri locals with a beautiful, functional and free place to buy, sell and trade their firearms, weapons and related gear. Ebay and Craigslist have never allowed firearms ads and Facebook has now recently banned personal weapons sales too. Along with other local websites using outdated software and forcing people to pay for ads, it was time for a change. The Missouri weapons community deserves much better!

No! We will never require any payment to post ads at Guns Missouri Classifieds. There are always a few special options when posting your ad (Featured / Move to Top / Bold / Special / Etc) that we do charge for, but they are not ever required. Just keep in mind that these special options pay our bills to keep this site going and will help your ad stand out and be found easier.
