This is an 8 year old PTR 91 rifle that has had only 7 rounds fired through it for zero, only. It has a fluted barrel, has the trigger group work done by Mr. Springfield, has an MG Buffer, is all push pins, no screws, extended cocking handle and has a HK wide front handguard. This rifle comes with an ammo can full of ball ammo, 11 magazines and a narrow front handguard. My wife has bilateral breast cancer and I need to pay some bills.
