made sometime between Feb2-Aug9. 1994.  Falls under preban date 8-24-94.

Canadian mil spec upper receiver with unique A1 upper configuration.  CA prefix, possibly made for Canada Military?  Blank/ no logo lower (uncommon).  4 digi serial with first # being 0...  The uppers a real oddity, it dont have the recess cut on back right side of carry handle.
